What is pre-commissioning?
The whole range of work on the verification and launch of purchased equipment is entirely carried out by our specialists. This means that the customer’s employees during commissioning are present only as trained observers.
During commissioning, the supplier independently assembles, installs, connects, configures, verifies, starts and tests the installed equipment.
The supplier provides all the necessary specialists.
The cost of work is determined depending on the complexity of the work performed, the qualifications of specialists, as well as costs for the transportation of special equipment, etc.
What is contract supervision?
The customer makes the assembly, installation of all equipment subject to contract supervision, but under the guidance of the supplier’s staff.
The supplier performs the connection, adjustment, verification, start-up and testing.
Contract supervision is the optimal solution for both the customer and our company. the supplier provides for key personnel, the buyer provides for an agreed number of workers.
What is the purpose of contract supervision?
High-quality pre-commissioning and contract supervision can reduce the launch time, significantly reduce the risk of errors during further operation of the devices, identify possible malfunctions before putting equipment into operation, which ultimately helps to increase its reliability.
